STRESS! KILL IT!!

Exam, love, family and even you yourself are the ones that cause stress. If you are facing stress, what will you do? Run from it? Do you know that mental disorder and distress are basically caused by stress? And terrible stress leads to suicide? So, if you are experiencing one, deal it immediately!
  1. Take a bath and sing loudly
  2. Smile
  3. Ask a friend for a hug
  4. Stand up and stretch
  5. Look up at the stars at night
  6. Sleep
  7. Throw paper airplanes
  8. memorize jokes
  9. Watch a movie and eat popcorn
  10. Practice monster smiles
  11. Have an ice-cream
  12. Walk in the rain
  13. Eat
  14. Say HELLO TO STRANGERs
  15. Talk in front mirror
  16. Laugh loudly
  17. Go on picnic
  18. Say something nice to someone else
" Lastly, take a stress as a challenge to be a better person in the future."
